14-day cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying for a full refund.

Digital content exception

If you have already downloaded your PDF report or appeal pack, the 14-day right to cancel is waived. Before your download starts, you will be asked to confirm you understand this is immediate delivery of digital content and that it waives the cooling-off period.

When we will refund

We will provide a full refund if: you request it within 14 days and have not downloaded the digital content, or if we are unable to deliver the report due to a technical error on our side.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@councilbandappeal.co.uk with your order email and date of purchase. We will process refunds within 5 working days.
