14-day cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying for a full refund.

Digital content exception

If you have already downloaded your PDF report or appeal pack, the 14-day right to cancel is waived. At checkout, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives the cooling-off period.

When we will refund

We will provide a full refund if: you request it within 14 days and have not downloaded the digital content, or if we are unable to deliver the report due to a technical error on our side.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@counciltaxappeal.co.uk with your order email and date of purchase. We will process refunds within 5 working days.
